A Sacred Space for Dying

I provide empathy and care.

What is a Soul Midwife?

Soul Midwives offer holistic comfort, care, and support to anyone facing the end of life. They are non-medical companions who walk alongside the dying, helping to create a gentle, peaceful, and conscious transition.

With deep knowledge of the stages of dying—emotional, physical, and spiritual—Soul Midwives draw on ancient skills and therapeutic techniques, adapted for modern times, to ease anxieties and nurture calm. They treat dying as a sacred rite of passage, honoring each person’s journey with tenderness and dignity.

Soul Midwives visit, listen, and hold space for honest conversations about fears surrounding death and dying. They provide practical guidance and compassionate support, helping individuals prepare for the death they would like to have. Their presence brings comfort in the uncomfortable, offering reassurance and peace.

Every person is regarded as the most important in the world, cared for as if they were a cherished family member. Soul Midwives offer gentle therapies to soothe body and spirit, advocate for the wishes of the dying, and encourage deep, meaningful dialogue. Their pastoral care is non-denominational, embracing love, respect, and inclusivity.

This work may begin at diagnosis and continue until the final day of life, supporting not only the dying but also their loved ones. By creating and holding a loving, calm, and sacred space, Soul Midwives ensure that each individual feels seen, heard, safe, and deeply valued.

Soul Midwives are helping to transform both personal and collective experiences of dying and living—guiding communities toward tender, peaceful, and conscious endings that honor life in its fullness.
